Custom Digital Services – Refund, Privacy & Terms
1. Custom Digital Services & Refund Policy
All services provided by CineTek Media Ltd are custom digital services created specifically to meet each client’s individual project requirements.
Because work begins immediately after payment — including creative planning, AI-assisted production, human creative direction, resource allocation, and production scheduling — all payments are final and non-refundable once production has commenced, regardless of the payment method used.
This policy applies to all payments made via:
- Credit and debit cards
- Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Bank transfers or any other supported payment gateway
This policy exists because:
- Each project is uniquely created to the client’s specifications
- Creative time, tools, and production resources are committed upon payment
- Digital deliverables cannot be returned, revoked, or resold
By completing payment, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- All services are custom-made and non-transferable
- Refunds are not available once production has started
- Payment disputes or chargebacks do not invalidate this agreement
If CineTek Media Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, an appropriate resolution (credit or partial refund) may be considered at our discretion.
2. Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by CineTek Media Ltd. By submitting a form, placing an order, or making a payment through any supported payment method, you agree to the following:
Services:
CineTek Media Ltd provides custom digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- AI-assisted video commercials and music videos
- Audio advertisements and jingles
- Creative digital media and branding solutions
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.
Payments:
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported gateways. CineTek Media Ltd does not store full payment card details.
Refunds & Chargebacks:
Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once production has commenced. Initiating a chargeback or dispute does not cancel or override this agreement.
Revisions:
Revisions, if included, are limited to the scope outlined in the service description or agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are licensed to the client for their intended use. CineTek Media Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability:
CineTek Media Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered digital services.
3. Privacy Policy
CineTek Media Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information We Collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Project details submitted through forms
- Payment confirmation details (processed securely via third-party providers)
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported gateways. CineTek Media Ltd does not store full payment card information.
We do not sell, rent, or misuse customer data. Information is used strictly to deliver services and communicate with clients.
4. Universal Checkout Disclaimer

Production begins after payment confirmation. All payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of payment method.
