Timelines depend on the type and scope of the service selected. Once payment is confirmed and all required information is received, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe for your project.

Yes. You may select multiple services in a single order and make one combined payment. Our form automatically calculates the total based on your selections.

If you select “Other”, you’ll be asked to describe your custom project. No payment is required at that stage. Our team will review your request and contact you with a custom quote.

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once production has commenced. This is because time, creative resources, and production tools are allocated immediately after payment. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Revisions, if included, are limited to the scope stated in the service description. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Production begins after payment confirmation and once all required project details or assets have been provided.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported gateways. CineTek Media Ltd does not store full payment card details.

For some custom or high-value projects, deposits or staged payments may be available. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing.

Yes. For select projects, we are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
